Job Summary
We are seeking an HR Coordinator who embodies the spirit of care, inclusivity, and ambition to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the company’s “Caring Ambassador,” ensuring that every team member feels valued and supported.
- Be a trusted and approachable point of contact for employees in both of our office locations.
- Assist in onboarding new team members, making their transition into our team seamless and pleasant.
- Organize and lead events, activities, and initiatives that promote inclusivity and employee well-being.
- Offer a listening ear, addressing concerns with empathy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR policies and practices that reflect our values.
- Help employees navigate their career paths within the company, fostering ambition and growth.
- Manage HR administrative tasks and maintain records while keeping the human touch intact.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee well-being and inclusivity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a caring and empathetic nature.
- Adaptable and open to relocation to Malta (if not already based there)
- Fluent in English.
- Ambitious and driven to contribute to the company’s growth and success.
